These terms govern your access to the Sottos.ai web app, billing surface, desktop downloads, and desktop session APIs.
Service
Sottos.ai and the Sottos desktop application are operated by CodeNova [legal suffix]. Sottos.ai provides account management, billing, downloads, and desktop session handoff for the desktop application. Your use of the web app and related services is conditioned on compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and the lawful use of the product in any interview, meeting, or coding environment. You may not resell access, abuse subscription or testing override features, or attempt to bypass account-based access controls.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Prices are displayed at purchase and billing is processed by Stripe. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but may preserve access until the current billing period ends.
Access
Desktop access is tied to your signed-in account, subscription state, and active desktop sessions. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, security risk, payment failure, or attempts to bypass access controls.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sottos to commit fraud, violate law, bypass platform rules, breach confidentiality obligations, resell access, or abuse the service.
